地球上では、人間たちの横暴により"核戦争"が始まり、
先祖たちの英知、名声を無下にした。その結果、
自分たちが住める場所もなければ、何の罪もないあらゆる生き物までも、生きる住処を奪われた。

理想論者と現実論者の議論は、大国の身勝手な態度により現実論者が勝った。ただ、理想論者の敗因は"将来的な解決策を持っているわけではなく、その時の権力に対抗していたいだけだった"。

"歴史は繰り返す"のが、歴史から学んだことであり、
結末は"終焉"となった。

便利と不便の狭間で、人間は尊敬の念を失い、
”考えること”までも放棄した。

土地は荒れ、水も枯れた。
以前は、民族紛争に明け暮れていたが、グローバリゼーション以後、人口爆発が起き、
人間たちは"食糧の奪い合い"に突入した。

世界の全てが"工業化"し、満たされた。
大国であった過去の国々も、将来への責任を放棄し、
生産性を失った。

逆に、上手くこなした国々は"利便性を追求し、生き残った"。

そして、今まで辛酸を舐めさせられていた国々の復讐が始まり、世界は破滅した。

ある神には見捨てられ、

また、ある神を、人間が殺してしまった。

そして舞台は"神々の戦いに突入する"。
